Mattia Moretti

SENIOR STRUCTURAL & SEISMIC ENGINEER
Mattia Moretti is a structural engineer specialized in seismic engineering. He started his career in 2017 at Arup in Amsterdam working on the seismic assessment and retrofit of existing buildings. Mattia was responsible for the design and the production of technical reports. He had also a significant role in the digitalization and automation of the design process, which was required in order to deliver efficiently the work done. Subsequently he moved to Italy where he worked for an engineering firm specialized in industrial structure where he was in charge of the structural design and the production of reports and technical sheets. During these years he gained further technical skills and strengthened his structural and seismic engineering background.
Today Mattia is part of Hopper Engineering and Consultancy BV with the role of Team Leader. He is also responsible of the digitalization and automation of the design process.
